Dr. Marc Willis is the Director of Communications for the Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management at the United States Department of Energy, as well as the Chief Operating Officer of Willis Communications

As a former television news reporter, Marc has taught crisis communications at various federal agencies. He holds a Doctor of Strategic Communications; a Master’s degree in Journalism, PR and Advertising; and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
